I wasn't impressed with the experiments and lab exercises presented in the book though; the author could have done a better job of presenting those. Why? Because he was sick of American women, i.e. Kelley Metabolic Center tests for and helps people resolve caner naturally, this is an essential book on the subject of cancer. This is one of those books.

There are three stories here. I have to work in proper weight training exercise and just ordered some DVDs and weights to use at home.
