The cover art and illustrations the author created mirrors her tortured soul. Inspired practice time. Urban scenes, even when no one else is visible, give an exhibitionist/voyeurist thrill. Good information, little outdated because of ever changing study of injuries, perhaps over priced considering some of the other books available for reading up on sports injuries and care.. The material is presented very logically and methodically. There are photos in every chapter, and many tables filled with comparisons and information. Unfortunately life can keep you from being as intentional as you want in all these facets at all times, but to keep these things in mind as you go through life, I think is critical and important. He knew as much hate was thrown his way, millions also loved and appreciated him for his work and what he contributed to the world with his mission to enlighten and spread love.
Fortunately the rest of the world, for the most part did not share the same opinions
