In November 1993, during a holiday in northern Queensland, the author met a man who witnessed a Thylacine (Tasmanian Tiger) on Cape York Peninsular. This prompted the author to try to confirm that they still live.
On hearing from Mr Heath of some of the Thylacine sightings he had been told about, an academic at a Queensland University urged him to write this book.

Alan Heath spent his working life in the electrical industry, firstly as an apprentice, then as a licenced Electrician, and finally as an Engineering Officer. He is now retired. He has always enjoyed bushwalking and walking as ways to keep fit. He was born in Fulham, London, and has lived in Australia since 1955. He is interested in Natural History etc., and is particularly interested in the officially extinct Thylacine, which is also known as a Tasmanian Tiger, and in the reports of them still being seen in both Tasmania, and on mainland Australia.
Use this book ONLY if you have undergraduate degree in mathematics or engineering (just like the book says). She is beyond shocked when to fill her destiny she gets sent back to 700 years in the past. It is sad to see people looking up at the ceiling, comatose, withering away. The Earth Mother tells her that her offspring lives with her SoulMate but not in the time and place Elesyria left her. Well written and good reading with great illustrations. Besides the physical brain, Dr. Sometimes you grow apart from the person you’ve committed yourself to, and other times you should never have committed yourself to them in the first place. When you're the author of an ongoing series--especially one as beloved by fans as is this one--you're confronted with the problem of character development.
