Exercise and fitness have become banes of my existence. This is a beautifully done book. And many of the activities I can do with what I have on hand and the folks love it. Unfortunately life can keep you from being as intentional as you want in all these facets at all times, but to keep these things in mind as you go through life, I think is critical and important.
