It take you hand in hand through the history of Switzerland and it continue to describe the systmes and the way they works. Stick to the books content and skip the videos.

I normally use a highlighter when reading a learning book like this however, I had to become much more selective than my normal highlighting style because each page was so powerful that I would have highlighted almost every other sentence! (Yes it really is that good!)

I highly recommend this book to everyone, those in healthy relationships and those with challenging ones. A Muslim whose car broke down close by, secretly witnessed
