Readers aren't afraid of that stuff. Looking forward to reading the other Alice books coming out in the next few months.. It is an interesting read in the more things change, the more they stay the same sort of way. A nice addition to the "true crime" genre, Fannon-Langton gives us a "just the facts" treatment of a lurid murder that captured and held the attention of a a small Midwestern city for nearly two years. But finally the 2nd half was more interesting and I finished 60% of the book in one sitting.
I can not say, the book is useless. This book, like so many others in the field of selling techniques, is probably useful for people new to selling but disappointing to those with more than a few years of experience. This book is soooooooo cute! I recommend to any parents of toddlers.. The author provides plenty of historical context while at the same time seeking to provide helpful and faithful exegesis. This kind of irritated me as I have already read all that, henceforth
