I know this is a old book but I love supporting people like her because I'm always left inspired. A hallmark of Scott McEwen's/John Sandford style writing I love.
This book also loves acronyms, bit if you have read any of the authors I've mentioned, then these acronyms are nothing to you and you easily translate them in your head without pause.
I recommend this book highly and look forward to the next story.. 'We are proud to have a colleague who is leaving her job because of her principles. This book is thin and small. New age “feel good” books aren’t really my thing, but that’s not what this is. I recommend it for graduates in mathematics, especially those interested in group theory, discrete/finite geometry, non-euclidean geometry as a very inspiring book giving a sense of unity in those parts of mathematics.. The processes nevertheless are very similar.
