Cy Young award winner Steve Stone tells how to get motivated. A self-help book with a big league baseball twist.

Editorial : From Library Journal Keying in on the importance of being focused on the task at hand, former Major League pitcher Stone uses his baseball career to show how success can be attained. He credits meditation and mental imagery as critical factors in turning his pitching career around and making him a Cy Young Award winner. Interspersed throughout are additional guidelines for success, such as developing a positive attitude, doing away with excuses, having confidence in yourself, and being willing to accept failure. It have many photos, with color photos at the back, including photos and a range map (all a bit small) of each species of bumblebee in North America (about 50 bees, three photos each). Random Mcnally is the best.. How on earth could I be healthy when I could possibly be allergic to most of what I'm eating? I did my own test for several weeks and wou
