I was especially pleased to read, in the author's discussion of usability, a refutation of Tufte's alleged dismissive attitude toward that word if not that concern in ID.. I probably would've sent it back if I didn't find it a hassle. While this book does offer some unique insight into the galaxy of activities and emotions of bipolar people such as myself, it seemed more of a rough outline than a fully fleshed approach to coping with this spasmodic condition of the mind. He tells us that he was jealous that many of those closest to Yogi Bhajan were wealthy, and that he felt that he could win approval if he were wealthy too. If you are serious about understanding the current state of the art in exercise knowledge, it's wonderful.
