In 25 mostly short chapters, Torrey uses an abundance of Biblical references to explain who the Holy Spirit is and what he does. I HIGHLY recommend this book for a new believer! It keeps you on track for 40 days to have a daily quiet time. However, if you just want to know something about fix-income securities, and don't care so much about how to calculate the yields curve and so on, this might not be so helpful to you. Too often do we read books simply to get to the next word, sentence, page, chapter. Please, Michael Wiese--hire a proofreader.. I found the whole discussion confusing.
There are some nuggets, here:
Chapter 4, which addresses weight loss, offers that while exercise will not necessarily help one lose weight, there is evidence that it helps in keeping the weight off, once lost, or at least slows the rate at which lost weight is regained.
