I only found one statement of de Waal's that I found questionable. Perhaps that explains how the author progressed from disease to recovery in less than a year. The first one is that the book can be far too terse at times. The material is presented very logically and methodically. It's not 100% how-to book at all. But it is not pleasant reading because it is the truth. I am a late intermediate pianist & my teacher & I use these "Easy Piano Classics" (both the green & pink volume) for sight-reading during my lessons. The points Ms. Long after Yogi Bhajan's death, and after Gursant has, by his own admission, burned all bridges and friendships in America and in his spiritual community through his own scamming, he turns all resentment and blame for his failures in life on the man he once adored.

In reading Gursant's Confessions, one cannot help but feel empathy for his plight, because underneath it all there is this sincere desire to find a spiritual truth, somet
