Making Mediation Your Day Job is the definitive guide for any mediator operating or considering a private practice. Dr. Tammy Lenski, a full-time mediator for more than 15 years, demonstrates how to build your practice with minimum stress and maximum success.

The premise is simple: Take common mediation concepts—including interests, framing, and dialogue-building—and use them not just at the mediation table but also in your marketing.

In this detailed and thoughtful guide, Lenski helps you lay the foundation for successful marketing in today’s world, including:

- Choosing a market that speaks to your passion
- Uncovering and meeting your market’s greatest needs and interests
- Building real connection with your market
- Marketing authentically and ethically

Lenski’s ideas will inspire mediators to embrace marketing with renewed energy and enthusiasm.

This is the excellent one. Wootton to stop skimming over information because it really verges on being spectacular. The resulting book gives the reader vivid insight into a complex society with its intricate traditions, in particular those of the Yoruba culture. Es horrible.. Now,I'm no doctor, but if someone was underweight and literally not eating ANYTHING (or being supplemented)for weeks, they would be dead,or in a hospital--not walking around NYC. Hence it is a book on body, mind and spirit training.

The detailed material would be useful for coaches and trainers, and a range of runners from beginner to elite, and for young and old competitors.

It covers all important aspects of running training including detailed schedules for sprinters to marathoners,i.e., the five energy systems, the five training systems, recovery, etc.

After reading and understanding this book you become your own running coach and an athlete capable of excellence in performance..
