It may be said that the beauty of art comes from the struggle that is involved in creating it: struggle to hear the voice, struggle to understand the voice, struggle to express or articulate the voice, struggle to let others hear the voice, and struggle to protect what has been expressed. This book is about the last struggle-to legally protect what has been expressed by appreciating the struggle that has come before. The Legal and Moral Rights of All Artists is a clear, jargon-free explanation of the crucial concepts every artist needs to know, such as copyright, trademark, work-for-hire and other contract issues, as well as the all-important doctrine of moral rights. Drawing on the historical perspective of the artist as the core element of any created work, this book explains the protection available to artists, not only for their works but also for their vision, integrity, and reputation. Filled with anecdotes and practical advice, this book will be an important resource for everyon

When the Windmere Falls pastor John Langston befriends her, she tries to avoid him, and drags him into trouble with her.
DiAnn Mills wrote Skirting Clues. Get the one that starts with the letter A: Autobiography of Mark Twain, by Mark Twain. Then I will learn how to work to unblock them and live better. Celebrate! This delightful book is no longer out of print! After unsuccessfully searching used and out-of-print bookstores for this book for many years, it has recently been reissued by Samuel Weiser, Inc. I liked this so much, I bought two more copies for friends and keep one in my desktop library at work.. I notice he published a book of 'Maxims of Wall Street' in 2011, so I suspect he is frankly unmoved by the slight unpleasantness of the WFC.

All in all, this book if of use only if you willing to read other sources as a counterbalance or if you are a right leaning free capitalist who is in need of having your a priori views underscored.
